Linda M. Ross
Linda is an attorney who focuses on helping families in transition define new and creative ways of envisioning and living their future. She helps clients move from a painful and uncertain present to a healthy and fulling future. She works with clients who cannot continue in their current situation as it is reach solutions that will meet their needs and the needs of those they love for the foreseeable future.
Linda was trained in mediation and Collaborative Practice in 2005 and have been practicing law since 2006. She works with clients whose goals are reconciliation, temporary separation, long-term separation, custody resolution, and divorce. She also represents families in education law matters related to special needs children. Her focus in all representation is to assist families if finding the least adversarial route to resolving their legal concerns and she views litigation as a last resort.
